Trust The Science

How many times have you heard "trust the science"? I am sick of it. I trust in the Word of God and nothing any man has created. I do not even like most of my own finishes when I am done. I do not trust that they will perform as desired. I know the paint will fail.
I trusted doctors up until I was almost 50. I was always sick my entire life for some reason. I had persistent issues that would come and go: skin rashes, migraine headaches, sore muscles, depression, anxiety, tendonitis, hyperactivity, ADD, and the beginnings of carpal tunnel. I knew it could be stopped but had no clue.
I knew in my heart there was a solution. For years I would tell the doctor, "I am not here for a pill or cream, I wish to find out the problem." Well, needless to say, they had no answers to any of my questions. I had to go to Google. A third of people's deaths is due to bad medicine. The stats won't show it, but doctors have zero clue what to do.
Google led me down a dietary rabbit hole that led me to the one solution to solve all of my health problems. Once I stopped eating all fast food, processed foods, all seed oils, candy, sodas, alcohol, and began to eat whole organic foods, my life has changed beyond belief.
I am almost a full carnivore, but I do eat organic sourdough bread. The sourdough fermentation eats the simple carbs and gluten and turns them into amino acids and proteins, so my blood sugar does not spike. Vegetables are full of sugar, just saying.
Do you trust the science? Science is the observation of God's creation. Take human nature and put it in there; it will manipulate anything for selfish gain. This is a fact. I trust only what the Holy Spirit tells me. He helps me to discern the fact from fiction.
Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you with humility and gratitude for giving us the knowledge to discern right from wrong. Thank you for sending Jesus to write your word into our hearts. I thank you for the guidance and protection you give us all today as we shine for you. I pray this in Jesus' name, Amen.
